Run - 35 Minutes - Treadmill - 1% incline
5 minute warm up
6x 1 minute at 7:30's and 3 minutes at 10:00's
5 minutes warm down
Stretch

OMG are you talking about mph? (7:30) and (10:00)? Holy goodness. I don't think I even ride a bike that fast. :D What is your normal pace? I want to use this work-out, but I normally run at a 6.5 pace...I need to adjust.
