I have been working on putting together my training plan for the LA Marathon. I am trying to balance my CrossFit training with the running I need to do. So I have decided to go with a 3 days of Crossfit and 3 days of running. This will give me every other day of to recover from the previous workout type and one true day off a week to recover.
Mondays: Spin (30 min) & Crossfit
Tuesdays: Run - Intervals
Wednesday: Spin (30 min) and Crossfit
Thursday: Run - Tempo
Friday: Rest (I will need it)
Saturdays: Run - Long (My goal is to run a different trail each week)
Sundays: Crossfit or Rest...depends how the long run went!
