Workout of the day - 10/28
This was my second day back from a 3 month break at CrossFit Brea. I will definitely be hurting tomorrow.

Run 3/4 Mile and Stretch

3 Times through:
  • 10 x Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 x Box Jumps
  • 10 x Air Squats

Max Squat
